Fab food, pleasant staff, comfortable beds. There was a superb bar with good service. The queen room was bright, included central heating, an iron/ironing board and a work desk. Quiet location to beach hayle.

The breakfast was scrumptious, the staff was hard-working, free wi-fi. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. It was airy and the bathroom was very fairly clean.

The food provided for breakfast was brilliant. Airy & bright unit with good decor, the bedside tables and a very good breakfast. The most important was the staff - welcoming and pleasant people. Ideal location, relatively near Jon Tremaine Art Gallery.

Staff and rooms were perfect, the restaurant was fantastic. Great beds, coffee and TV with DVD player in the room. The dog friendly area was good for a short stay. Reasonably priced downstairs bar.

Perfect base for discovering Carbis Bay. We were greeted by excellent host. The best thing is location - perfect. Great breakfast - lots of meals.
